We are able to offer a Mechanical Engineering Design and Draughting service. Drawings can be produced by traditional manual methods, or by computer aided draughting(CAD). We have up to date 2D software, with which we are fully trained and have considerable experience.
We are also able to arrange 3D solid modelling, if required, at reasonable rates.
 
We are able to cater for most requirements from simple brackets up to bespoke machines, including complex castings and precision machined components.

We also offer a Technical Authoring service for operator and servicing manuals. We can write your manuals for you, or proof-read your existing text and make suggestions based on almost 30 years experience. 

We have considerable experience in design relating to goods vehicles and their trailers, with a good working knowledge of the Road Vehicles (Construction and Use) Regulations and the European Whole Vehicle Type Approval Regulations. As such, we are able to offer guidance to small or medium manufacturers regarding the imminent introduction of the Whole Vehicle regulations in this country. This service should be particularly useful to those manufacturers of road going trailers from small car sized up to 36000kg semi-trailers, who do not have the in-house facilities to gain the necessary approvals.
