Hot works:

185amp MIG welder; 130amp MIG welder; 160amp Inverter MMA/TIG welder; Oxy/Acetylene welding and cutting equipment; Forge and Anvils with associated tooling.

 

Cold works:

Scroll formers; Stripworker; 4mm Bench Shear; Folder; Ring Roller; Bar twister; Pipe former.

 


Machine tools:

Metal-cutting 4 1/2" band saw; 220mm Compound mitre chop saw; 3/4" Pillar drill; 1/2" Drill press; Off hand grinder; Linisher.

 


Design and presentation tools:

2d CAD draughting; 3D Solid modelling; Mathematical software; Beam design software; Desktop publishing; Full range of office software. Road vehicles (Construction & Use) regulations, European Whole Vehicle Type Approval Regulations. Other standards can be obtained as and when required.

 

Finishing:

We can apply paint and laquers by airless spraying and electrostatic processes. We can arrange paint spraying in a low-bake oven for larger items, and can also arrange galvanising, electroplating and powder coating. Shot blasting can also be arranged.


Miscellaneous:

We have a full range of hand tools, lifting & handling and inspection equipment. Full Personal Protective Equipment generally in line with HSE requirements is employed at all times where appropriate.
